I’ve never been one for excercise. That’s just to be frank. Don’t get me wrong- I love sports and when I get to the gym it’s a pretty good time. But the getting me there part is almost impossible for me to get myself to do.
Recently a friend of mine sent me a link to some yoga videos I can do at home. I’ve tried yoga a few times before but it’s never really been my thing – I usually fall asleep on the mat instead of stretching. But I thought why not and give it a try.
At the end of this “school” week (Monday- Friday) I’ll have an article detailing my experience with yoga and if i will continue to practice it.
